Pest Control
Snake activity on a property is almost always about habitat, not chance — long grass, brush piles, stacked material and rodent activity all make a compound more likely to see snakes. Our approach combines habitat clearing with repellent treatment rather than a single spray-and-hope fix.

Snakes go where cover and prey are available — long grass, brush and firewood piles, stacked building material, and gaps under structures all provide shelter, while rodent activity provides food. A compound that keeps seeing snakes almost always has one or more of these conditions present, and treating the snake without addressing the habitat means the next one finds the same conditions attractive.
We clear or reduce the habitat features most likely to be drawing snakes in — overgrown vegetation near the boundary, brush and material piles, gaps under sheds or decking — combined with repellent treatment in the areas snakes are most likely to enter from. This is most requested for compounds and farms bordering bush, riverine land, or undeveloped plots, where activity is a genuine recurring concern rather than a one-off sighting.
Where rodent activity on the property is drawing snakes in as a food source, we treat the rodent problem alongside the snake treatment — dealing with the prey source is often what actually stops recurring snake activity, rather than the snake treatment alone.
Keep distance, don't attempt to handle or kill it yourself, and keep children and pets away from the area until it's dealt with. Most snake bites happen during attempted handling or when a snake is cornered — leaving it alone and calling for treatment is by far the safer option.
Good to Know
Our team can identify common species found in the Nairobi area, but if a snake is still present when we arrive, safety protocol comes first regardless of species — we don’t take risks based on an assumption about venom.
It depends heavily on the size of the property and how established the vegetation or material buildup is. We scope this on-site rather than pricing or timing it blind over the phone.
We use treatments and clearing methods chosen to target the specific conditions attracting snakes rather than broad chemical application, and will flag anything relevant if livestock graze the treated area.
