Pest Control
Nairobi homes and offices deal with a wide range of pests, and no single spray or product deals with all of them — a treatment that clears cockroaches does almost nothing against termites, and what knocks down mosquitoes won't touch a bedbug problem. We treat each pest on its own terms, starting with an inspection to confirm what we're actually dealing with before any product goes down.

Our most common call-outs are cockroaches and bedbugs, followed by termites, rats and rodents, and seasonal issues like mosquitoes, flies and fleas. Snake activity and bee hives come up mostly on compounds bordering bush or undeveloped land. Each has its own page below with the specific treatment approach, signs to watch for, and what to expect on the day.
Every job starts with an inspection — we don't quote a pest job blind over the phone, because the right treatment depends on how established the problem is and where it's concentrated. Most pests then follow a two-visit pattern: an initial treatment to deal with the active population, and a follow-up roughly two weeks later to catch eggs or new activity the first visit couldn't reach. Skipping the follow-up is the single biggest reason a pest problem "comes back" a few weeks after treatment.
Termite and rodent problems are more structural than a straightforward spray — termites need soil and timber treatment, rodents need entry points found and sealed as well as bait — so those get scoped individually on-site rather than priced over the phone.
Most infestations have a contributing factor beyond just "pests showing up" — standing water breeds mosquitoes, food left out draws cockroaches and rats, cluttered storage gives rodents and snakes somewhere to hide. We'll always point out anything we spot on-site that's likely to bring the problem back, not just treat the symptom and leave.
Good to Know
It depends on the pest and treatment method — some (like gel baiting for cockroaches) need no evacuation at all, while whole-premises fumigation typically needs the space vacated for a set period. We’ll always tell you upfront, specific to your job, rather than a blanket answer.
Same-day visits are usually possible for calls made before noon, anywhere in Nairobi. Call-outs further afield or larger commercial jobs may need a day or two to schedule the right crew and equipment.
Yes — every product we use is chosen to be safe once applied and dried or settled. Where a product does need time to dry or a room to stay closed off, we’ll tell you exactly how long before you’re asked to keep anyone out.
