Post-construction cleaning is a different job from a regular deep clean — cement splatter, paint overspray, grout haze on tiles, and a layer of fine dust that settles into every surface and gap long after the visible debris has been cleared. Standard cleaning methods often can't shift it.

Construction dust is finer and more pervasive than everyday household dust, and cement or grout residue on tiles and glass needs specific removal techniques that don't scratch the surface underneath. Treating it like a normal clean usually just moves the dust around.
Floors, tiles, windows and frames, light fixtures, cabinet interiors and exteriors, protective film and installer stickers, and skirting boards throughout the unit — everything that's been touched by the build, not just the obviously dirty spots.
Best done after all trades have finished but before final handover or inspection. We scope the job on-site since every build leaves a different kind and amount of mess behind.
